Our Five Key Objectives to Ensuring a Friendly Home
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task. Conifer Lodge provides the support that retirees and their families require. We aim to provide this care in a friendly home with a family atmosphere whilst preserving the quality of life of our residents. To achieve this we follow five objectives:
OBJECTIVE ONE
To carry out regular assessments to be used to develop individual care plans in order to meet the needs of each resident.
OBJECTIVE TWO
To provide necessary equipment and competent staff to ensure care plans are effectively implemented for each resident.
OBJECTIVE THREE
To sensitively and flexibly deliver care to reflect the residents' individual needs and choices.
OBJECTIVE FOUR
To respect and retain residents' privacy, dignity and independence as far as possible, irrespective of physical or mental infirmity.
OBJECTIVE FIVE
To consult with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals as fully as possible to ensure the stated aims and objectives are met.
